I grew up in Seattle, where coffee is abundantly common. But I never really discovered its true magic until I was able to visit a small organic coffee farm in the mountains of Peru. There I was able to see the entire process of making a cup of coffee, from seed to cup. My attitude toward coffee completely changed because of that experience.
I started South End Grind because I want to share that same experience with people. My goal is to connect people with the best local coffee in Charlotte. I hope people leave South End Grind with not only a delicious cup, but also a newfound appreciation, and much better understanding of coffee.
